Hey! My name is Jonathan (J. L. Vance) Williams, and I am a Senior at the University of Southern California, majoring in the Interactive Media and Game Design BFA program with a focus in Level Design. Games have been a passion of mine since I was a kid, and my father encouraged me to pursue them as a career, which is what I continue to do today, striving for excellence!

I’ve had the opportunity to build out and iterate on levels for a tower defense game, create over ten levels for an isometric puzzle game, and managed a team of 30+ team members on a capstone project, and I continue to experiment with behavior trees and other forms of design.

Outside of typical industry practice, I enjoy playing sports like volleyball and basketball, as well as going on hikes, and thoroughly enjoy anime, pop culture, and Dungeons and Dragons!
